Moore Park is a fantastic space located just west of downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon. It boarders the southern edge of spectacular Upper Klamath Lake. This park is perfect for anyone from families to mountain bikers to fishermen.

Entering Moore Park on the park road, you’ll drive along a beautiful road lined with towering trees. In the center of the park lies a large grassy open area. There are soccer goals here, but it is also a perfect place to toss a frisbee or partake in other field sports. The park also has tennis/pickle ball courts. Lastly, be sure to check out Moore Park’s Disc Golf Course.

There are plenty of day use and picnic areas at Moore Park. There are different areas scattered throughout the park, with some close to the water and some inland. Speaking of the water, Upper Klamath Lake is a beautiful sight and can be accessed via a boat launch for those looking to get on the water. You can also enjoy the lake or try your hand at fishing from the shore.

Last but certainly not least, Moore Park features an extensive collection of hiking and mountain biking trails. A variety of trails begin within the park with many leading up into the hills above, offering a great workout and fantastic views. There are also more mellow trails including the Link Trail that leads alongside the Link River between Upper Klamath Lake and Lake Ewauna.

Be sure to stop by Moore Park the next time you are in Klamath Falls!
