Mount Ashland Campground is a small, remote and stunningly beautiful campground located high in the Siskiyou Mountains. You’ll have fantastic views of the surrounding area including Mount Ashland, and all the way to Mount Shasta. Many hiking opportunities are nearby including the Pacific Crest Trail that runs just a few hundred feet below the campground.

There are nine campsites here, all of which are first-come, first-served and free of charge. There are a mix of drive in and walk in campsites. The drive in sites will accommodate only small trailers, whereas the walk in sites are tent only. All sites are quite nice and have a picnic table and fire ring. Fantastic views are to be had from almost everywhere, so it is difficult to pick a bad campsite at Mount Ashland.

There are two vault toilets located in the campground. There are no other amenities. The campground is accessible during the summer season when it is snow free.
