North Davis Creek Campground is one of many campgrounds on Wickiup Reservoir. Unlike gigantic Gull Point Campground across the lake, which is in a very popular area, North Davis Creek Campground lies in a quiet section of the Cascade Lakes region. This is surprising, because it is the only Wickiup campground directly off of Cascade Lakes Highway!

The 14 sites of North Davis Creek Campground are on a secluded arm of Wickiup Reservoir several miles away from the main lake, which will make the campground unappealing for most boaters. Additionally, the sites cannot fit trailers and the boat ramp is very long and narrow. However, the calm, crystal-clear waters make this campground a paddler’s paradise. Despite being the only campground of Wickiup Reservoir located right off Cascade Lakes Highway, excellent sites are very easy to get at any time of the summer. Half of the sites at North Davis Creek Campground have water access to either a picturesque creek or to Wickiup Reservoir itself.

For those wanting something to do besides paddling, the location of the campground is great for a variety of other adventures. One can head up or down the highway directly from the campground, and Crane Prairie, Cultus Lake, and Davis Lake are only minutes away.
