Managed by Olallie Lake Resort, the Paul Dennis Campground is a small gathering of campsites and two well-kept yurts along Olallie Lake’s northern shore.  Set in a thin forest of lodgpole pine, Pacific silver fir, and mountain hemlock, nearly all of the campsites are ideally situated along the lake’s shore and offer spectacular views of nearby, glaciated Mount Jefferson.

Yurt Details:

  • Large, two-bedroom yurts (larger than those offered in Oregon State Parks) that are 22 feet in diameter.
  • Yurts sleep six total and offer two queen beds in their own rooms and a pull-out futon in the main room.
  • No electricity or indoor plumbing.
  • Kerosene lights are provided.
  • Bring your own bedding, cookware, pots/pans, dishes, and cutlery.  Additional lighting is also recommended.
  • Yurts have their own campsite with a fire pit and a picnic table.
  • Reservations for yurts only can be made through Olallie Lake Resort.

Note: The campground is open from late June through early October based on snowpack.  Potable water is located at the Olallie Lake Resort.
