Located on the southern shore of Timothy Lake, Oak Fork Campground is one of eight established campgrounds that encircle the reservoir.  Like several of the other south shore campgrounds at Timothy Lake, Oak Fork acts as a campground and day-use area with campsites, picnic areas, vault toilets, access to potable water and a boat ramp.  For peak summer use, be sure to make reservations early, as the lake is an extremely popular recreation spot.

If the Oak Fork Campground is full, check the south shore’s other campgrounds: Pine Point Campground, Hoodview Campground and Gone Creek Campground.  If you'd like a more serene outdoor experience, explore the lake’s North Arm Campground, the walk-in only Meditation Point Campground, or the nearby Little Crater Lake and Clackamas Lake Campgrounds.

Some of the campsite photos do not match the map on recreation.gov. Sites 17 and 18 are now shown as cabins. 10 is across the road from the lake. The campground was updated in 2017. Perhaps the site numbers were changed?
Site 39 is the BOMB!
