Spearfish Falls is a scenic 47-foot-high waterfall located in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Parking for the short hike to this waterfall is located near the Latchstring Restaurant. The Latchstring Restaurant is located about 13 miles south of Spearfish, South Dakota off highway 14A. Do not park in the lot designated for restaurant guests.

The hike to this waterfall is a ¾ of a mile round trip on a wide crushed gravel path. The hike starts near the left side of the restaurant near a restroom building. The trail begins with a gradual decent to Spearfish Creek. The total evaluation drop is about 90 feet. The trail crosses the creek and leads to a couple of nice viewing areas of the falls. Given that access to this waterfall is quite easy, it is a poplar stop for visitors to the Spearfish Canyon area, but it is well worth the time.
