From the Red Canyon visitor center, cross Highway 12 then onto a paved bike path.  Turn right and follow the bike path for 500 feet until you reach the start of the Golden Wall trail.  Follow for about 1.25 miles until you reach a sign for the Castle Bridge trail.  You can turn left here onto Castle Bridge or continue up the Golden Wall trail to where the Castle Bridge trail meets again.  This is typically done as a loop in either direction.  There is great views from the top of Castle Bridge along with interesting rock formations.  A very easy hike to follow.
