If you want to sleep under the darkest sky in the Lower 48, then you need to pitch a tent at the Natural Bridges Campground in southern Utah. This small and remote campground allows smaller RVs, but it does not have any hookups. Instead, visitors get to enjoy the rugged landscape and lack of amenities that make this park a unique and way-off-the-beaten-path place to visit. The 13 sites here have a tent pad, a picnic table, a fire grill, shared vault toilets, and potable water.

The limit for RVs is 26 feet in length, and while dogs are allowed, they must stay on a leash. There is a path to the visitor center and the amphitheater, where ranger-led talks occur during the summer months. Enjoy the beautiful juniper trees that dot the landscape, and keep an eye out for the many rabbits that run around the camp.
