The Pine Valley Yellow Pine Loop Campground is one of the handful of campgrounds located in this scenic valley. At an elevation of 6,700ft Pine Valley can be a welcome relief from the summer heat of St. George. You’ll find a number of hiking trails in the area, and Pine Valley Reservoir is also a short distance away.

The Yellow Pine Campground is one of the smaller campgrounds in the valley, and offers campsites nestled amongst the Ponderosa Pine forest. You’ll also have good views of the surrounding Pine Valley Mountains.

There are 5 single campsites and one double site at Yellow Pine. You’ll find a picnic table and fire pit at each site. There is also a vault toilet and drinking water within the campground. No hookups are available.

The campground is open seasonally, usually late April through late September. Reservations are possible and can be made by visiting Recreation.gov.
