The Bowl and Pitcher Campground is located in Riverside State Park, which borders Spokane. The campsites are very clean given how busy the area is. Riverside State Park encompases 14,000 acres and offers excellent hiking, rock climbing, horse back riding, biking, and fishing. The Spokane and Little Spokane rivers both flow through the park, so there are plentiful boating opportunities as well.

Wildlife flows in and out, so keep your eyes peeled as you will more than likely encounter some deer or turkeys. The campsite attendant sells firewood in case you forget to bring any. The proximity to Spokane makes this campground a great gettaway or a cheap place to stay if you're passing through.
