The Point Hudson Marina and RV Park is part of Port Townsend's pair of municipal ports run by the Port of Port Townsend. Located in Port Townsend at the corner of Port Townsend Bay and the west side of Admiralty Inlet, the marina is in the middle of a heavily trafficked passage that almost all vessels pass through on their way between the southern Puget Sound and the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the San Juan Islands. This busy marina is home to 32 slips ranging from 32 to 70 feet, and transient moorage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a maintenance facility and a lift here, though the the Point Hudson resources are slightly less robust than those at nearby Boat Haven. Located southwest of Point Hudson, Boat Haven is where mariners on their way between the U.S. and Canada can clear customs and find fuel, pump-out stations, showers, laundry, lifts and a launch ramp.

Point Hudson Marina does accommodate RVs as well, however. Of the 48 available sites, 46 are full-hookup and two have no hookups at all. In addition to amenities like showers, restrooms, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi, guests at Point Hudson are just steps away from any of the restaurants, grocery stores, and businesses in downtown Port Townsend. Sitting at the south end of Fort Worden Beach, it is just a 2-mile beach walk from the marina north past Fort Worden State Park to the Point Wilson Lighthouse. You'll have excellent views of the sound, Whidbey Island, and the North Cascades in the distance. Alternately, head southwest from the point to explore more of the Port Townsend Waterfront Parks.

Tent camping is not permitted at the Point Hudson Marina, and fires are prohibited as well. The RV Park offices (103 Hudson Street, Port Townsend, WA 98368) are open daily from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Check here for detailed moorage and RV rates.
