Steep Creek Falls is a precious, hidden gem tucked away just five miles outside of Stevenson, Washington. The roughly 50-foot waterfall cascades straight into Rock Creek, flowing under a single-lane bridge.

This waterfall requires no hike-in, just a very short and easy scramble to the base. The water then plummets into the river along a bank of rocks and healthy foliage. Downstream are two more waterfall trickles lined against giant rock walls. Explorers can meander through the plants to reach a view further downstream, but be aware of poison oak.
