The proximity to Mount Baker Ski Area and world-record breaking snowfall make Table Mountain one of the best and most popular backcountry ski spots in North America. Even on busy weekends, a little extra effort to get over the next ridge will ensure fresh tracks and solitude.

Table Mountain has skiing on all aspects, but you'll find most people skiing the north and northeast facing slopes due to ease of access and prevailing winds. For the more the adventurous skiers, explore the Chain Lakes and Mazama Dome bowls. This area offers more aspects to ski and gets you away from the crowds.
