Enjoy a nice and easy hike to a 40-foot waterfall. The hike is relatively flat, through there are uphill and downhill portions on the way to the waterfall. The way there is shaded by trees, and surrounding hills provide a cooler hike in the summer season.

The hike starts out to the left of the parking lot. There are a few bridge crossings along the trail, but closer to the waterfall there are small creek crossings without a bridge. The trail follows Umtanum Creek all the way to the waterfall.

You will arive at the top viewpoint of the waterfall, so enjoy the view from above. However, if you want to go the bottom, there is a trail to the left of the waterfall. It hugs along the rocks and wraps its way down to the lower section of the falls.

You can also journey to the rock stacks that are just to the left and above the waterfall. It is a steeper section that will follow the rock stack along the left side. The trail continues all the way to the top of the hill where you can see the rolling hills.
