Aron Bosworth

Hood River, Oregon

Aron oversees the creation of Outdoor Project's outdoor adventure media, community growth strategy, and works closely with OP's Contributor network to steer the company's content direction. Aron is inspired by his work at Outdoor Project through the positive impact that an engaged group of outdoor enthusiasts can have in helping protect the wild places that they know and love.

Prior to Outdoor Project Aron worked as a producer for the PBS environmental film series, Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ocean Adventures, coordinating story development and film expeditions that spread awareness of and support conservation initiatives. He has also worked as a sustainability professional working with clients to implement strategies that improve the environmental and climate impact within the built environment.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Aron cut his wilderness teeth in the Cascade Range, the Sierra Nevada and along the west coast where he developed a knack for a diverse range of land and sea activities and the passion for sharing them.

About Us

We believe good things come from people spending time outside. It’s about more than standing on the mountain top. It’s about nourishment and learning. It’s about protecting what sustains us. It’s about building relationships with the outdoors and each other.
