I have been an avid hiker/backpacker/climber since I was a kid. Photographing the wilderness has become a part of me. I just love experiencing the outdoors and if I can make a photo that conveys how I felt at that moment in that place, I'm happy.
Had the opportunity to stay in Jawbone Flats during a wilderness first responder course for 5 days. The accommodations were impeccable! Very unique setting to take this class, perfectly ideal. I had ample opportunities to explore the area and document this amazing place.

A magical place in the fall. Site C11 was quite pleasant right next to a tributary of the Little River.
