Matthew Durrant

Salt Lake City, Utah

Idaho and Utah hold a special place in my heart. I was born and raised here. In fact I still live here and the mountains, forests, and deserts of these two states keep me very busy exploring all year long. My favorite activity by far is climbing a mountain and earning the view at the top.
I also actively volunteer as a Leave No Trace Master Educator and work as the Outdoor Ethics Adviser for the Great Salt Lake Council, BSA. In these positions I am able to share my passion for environmental stewardship and conservation with the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts.
