The North Klondike Bluffs Campground is a brand new BLM campground that opened just last year. The area was a popular dispersed camping location, but an environmental assessment showed that overuse was damaging soils, vegetation, wildlife habitat and more. The campground was established to help manage the impact on the area. Dispersed camping is no longer allowed.

Nearby attractions include an abundance of popular mountain biking trails, as well as dinosaur tracksites.

There are 25 campsites at North Klondike Bluffs Campground. At each site you’ll find a picnic table and fire ring. Vault toilets and trash receptacles are available, but there is no drinking water.

The campground also has two group campsites available, each of which can park up to six vehicles and have a fire ring, BBQ grill, picnic tables and a shade shelter. Vault toilets and trash receptacles are also nearby, but again no drinking water.

All individual sites are first come, first served. The 2 group sites must be reserved in advance by clicking here: https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/10169589
