The Spanish Fork River Trail is a paved, multi-use pathway that can followed for miles alongside the Spanish Fork River. It is popular with hikers, joggers and bikers alike.

The trail can be accessed from several different points. One popular access point is the scenic Canyon View Park.

From the park the pathway follows alongside the river and near a golf course, before crossing the Spanish Fork via footbridge and then staying on the northern side of the river for the remainder of the trails length.

The trail is easy walking with little elevation change. You’ll have quite scenic views out across farmland and toward the mountain peaks in the distance. And of course the Spanish Fork River is a lovely sight, although not as much when raging during spring melt!

You can continue along the Spanish Fork River Trail for as far as you wish, simply turning around and returning the way you came when you’ve had enough.

Be sure to keep and eye open for bicyclists and share the pathway.
