The 60-foot-tall Eagle Tower is located in Door County’s Peninsula State Park. The tower provides scenic views of Green Bay and beyond. Eagle Tower sits atop Eagle Bluff making the top observation deck 253 feet above Green Bay. Since the Tower is located in a state park a fee must be paid; a day use or annual permit can be purchased at the State Park Office. Dogs are not allowed on the tower with the exception of service dogs.

A unique feature of Eagle Tower is the 850-foot ramp that provides a gradual trip to the top. This allows access to the top by wheelchairs and strollers; however, bicycles are not allowed. There are also 100 steps that can be taken instead of using the ramp.

This is the third tower at this location. The original Eagle Tower was built in 1914 and dismantled and rebuilt in 1932. The second tower was taken down in 2016. The current tower opened in 2021.

For visitors to Door County, climbing to the top Eagle Tower is a popular activity.
