The Muscoco Mountain and Kineo Mountain Loop is a strenuous hike located in North Cheyenne Cañon Park. This loop visits two of the canyon's prominent summits. This loop is 15.4 Miles long and gains 3,840 feet of elevation. 

This hike starts from Mount Cutler and Muscoco Trailhead. Begin hiking on Mount Cutler Trail. you will be hiking uphill. After 0.6 miles, you will turn right onto Mount Muscoco Hiking Trail. Continue hiking uphill. Another 1.1 miles will bring you to a junction. Turn left to stay on Mount Muscoco Hiking trail. 0.3 miles of uphill hiking will bring you to the summit of Muscoco Mountain. From here, you will have views of Colorado Springs and various Front Range peaks. From the summit, turn around and retrace your steps to the last junction. Turn left here. After another 0.3 miles, you will come to a junction and turn right onto Sweetwater Canyon Trail. You will follow this trail for 0.3 miles before turning right onto Daniels Pass Trail. Another 0.5 miles brings you to another junction. Go right here to stay on Daniels Pass Trail. Follow this trail downhill for 0.8 miles.

Here, you will cross North Cheyenne Canyon Road and begin hiking uphill towards Columbine trail. After 0.4 miles, you will reach the Columbine Trail and turn left. After another 0.8 mile, you will pass by another junction and stay right on Columbine Trail. 0.4 miles later, you will cross North Cheyenne Canyon Road and begin hiking on Gold Camp Road. Stay on this trail for 0.8 miles before turning right onto Seven Bridges Trail. Continue on this trail for 1.5 miles. Then, turn right onto 662A. After 0.3 miles, you will come to another junction. Turn right onto a social trail leading to Kineo Mountain. From the summit, you will have views of Pikes Peak, Muscoco Mountain, and various other peaks.

From Kineo Mountain, turn around and retrace your steps back to Columbine Trail. Continue to follow Columbine trail as you pass multiple junctions. Once you reach the junction with Creekside Trail, turn right and follow it back to the trailhead.

North Cheyenne Cañon Park is open 5am-9pm from November through April. It is open from 5am-10pm from May through October. Dogs are allowed on this trail, but they must be on a leash.
