A small and quaint hamlet on Orcas Island, Olga is was named after the wife of first postmaster at this location. Being very small, this is a stop that could be added to your adventure itinerary between other day-trip activities.

The beach and pier make for a worthwhile panoramic view. Sunrises and sunsets at this location will not disappoint on a clear day, and the beach could make for a good picnic location. If you have a light kayak or canoe, it is possible to drop in at this location, but the access is steep. A better recommendation for launching a small vessel would be just up the road at Buck Bay.

Near the beach and pier are a number of other family-friendly attractions including a local pottery shop, co-op art gallery, the Cafe Olga, and a community garden.
