Adventure Description

Team

Located just south of downtown Kirkland, David E. Brink Park occupies a narrow swath of pristine property on Lake Washington's eastern shore. At only a few acres in size and less than 100-feet wide, the park is quite modest in nature. The park is within easy walking distance from Kirkland, however, and it features over a half-dozen benches that are ideal for watching the day go by. You'll also find a 160-foot dock built for sunbathing, fishing, and setting off in a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

According to the City of Kirkland, David E. Brink was the "director responsible for establishing many other Kirkland waterfront beach parks in the 1960s," including nearby Marsh Park and Houghton Beach Park.
