This large campground is located next to Liard River Hot Springs, at kilometer 765 on the Alaska Highway. Camping here makes a great overnight stop or destination all its own when traveling through northern British Columbia. The hot spring pools are just a short hike away, and wildlife like moose and elk may be spotted close by. Amenities include a picnic table and fire ring with grate at each site, pit toilets, potable water, trash cans, a playground, and picnic shetlers. The campground also serves as access to the hot springs, so common facilites may be shared with day users.

The campground is open year round, but full facilities are only open May 1 through September 30. Outside of these dates, certain services, like potable water spigots, may be unavailable. Fees are reduced during this time. Some sites can be reserved, while others are first-come, first-served only. The campground can fill up, especially during the busy summer months. However, an overflow area is located across the highway, which offers a few fire rings, toilets, and dumpsters. Fees still apply. All fees for camping and day use are payable by cash only at the park entrance kiosk.

Pets are allowed in the campground, but they must be on a leash at all times. They are not allowed in the hot springs area.
