Pacific Beach State Park is a small, 10-acre park located within the town of Pacific Beach along Joe Creek. The park lies on a section of the central Washington shoreline known as North Beach.

The park has a small day use picnic area with direct access to Pacific Beach, restrooms and an outdoor shower area, as well as a 66-site campground that is open all year.

During the late summer, locals converge in the town of Pacific Beach in the hundreds to celebrate the Kelper's Festival + Shake Rat Rendezvous. Celebrated Labor Day weekend, the event includes a parade, live music, food carts, and logging and shake mill competitions. One week later, Pacific Beach hosts its annual Wind Kite Festival.
